Welcome to Aurora Sound Studios, located in the heart of Fremont, Seattle! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our recording, mixing, and mastering services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
This agreement is between Aurora Sound Studios, located at 3400 Fremont Avenue N, Suite 203, Seattle, WA 98103, and the client (hereinafter referred to as "you"). It governs the provision of recording, mixing, mastering, and other related services provided by Aurora Sound Studios.
Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to studio availability. A deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable within 72 hours of the scheduled session. To book a session, please contact our studio manager, Sarah Chen, at (206) 555-0123 or email [email protected].
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session or as otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept payments via cash, check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and bank transfer. Overdue payments will accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability.
You are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of your guests while on the premises of Aurora Sound Studios. Any damage to studio equipment or property caused by you or your guests will be your responsibility, and you will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
You retain all copyright and ownership of your original music. Aurora Sound Studios retains ownership of all recordings, mixes, and masters until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, you will receive a license to use the recordings, mixes, and masters for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
Aurora Sound Studios is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. We are also not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

Aurora Sound Studios will maintain the confidentiality of your music and other proprietary information. We will not share your music with any third parties without your express written consent.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
Aurora Sound Studios reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.

Aurora Sound Studios shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Aurora Sound Studios with respect to the services provided, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Aurora Sound Studios.
